Hello! I’m Raquel, the owner of Mevia Consulting, and this is my beloved dog, Emma. My journey has taken me through the IT and operations industries for many years, along with a rewarding career as a dog trainer. At first glance, these fields might seem unrelated, but they share a common thread: the importance of protocols and processes.

In both worlds, discipline and a touch of humanity are key to success. Unfortunately, many industries have drifted away from the essential human element, often relying on machines to fulfill needs that only personal connection can truly satisfy. For the past 15 years, I have worked diligently to keep this human aspect alive in my professional endeavors.
